At Metrix Research, all products are supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. Due to the specialized nature of these materials, the following refund policy applies.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

2. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments must be reported within a limited timeframe after delivery.

  • Claims must include order details and supporting evidence.
  • Reports submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Metrix Research.

3. Final Decision

All refund or replacement decisions made by Metrix Research are final.
